Alero Winifred Eromon
Founder, Coterie Experience
Alero Winifred Eromon is a service experience researcher and
hospitality professional focused on helping organisations deliver consistent,
high-quality customer and guest experiences in increasingly complex service
environments.
She is currently a Doctoral Researcher in Business Administration
at De Montfort University, where her research explores how customer-focused continuous
improvement practices influence service delivery quality and guest experience in
hospitality and service-intensive industries.
Her work integrates service quality
and experience frameworks, particularly SERVQUAL and Guest Experience Management Systems
(GEMS), to bridge academic insight with practical service improvement. She is
particularly interested in how organisations can translate customer insight into
structured, repeatable service excellence.
Alero brings multidisciplinary
experience across hospitality, operations, finance, and public sector service delivery,
having worked with organisations including Marriott Hotels, E. ON Energy, and the UK
Department for Work and Pensions.
Through Coterie Experience, she combines
research, operational insight, and service design principles to help organisations
navigate rising operational pressures, leverage emerging technologies, and create
service environments where operational excellence meets meaningful customer
engagement.
